Leon Ng has more than 30 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, management consultancy and business advisory services. Over the last 30 years, he has assisted many business start-up, company formation, advise on setting up of organisation and structure, accounting system, HR department system, system compliance to EPF and SOCSO, management reporting system, company law and business law advisory, statutory compliance, internal control, general tax issue, administrative system, Company corporate governance and business compliance to local authorities.
